ข้อตกลง
งานทุกชิ้นมีโอกาสถูกนำไปใช้เป็นตัวอย่างงาน (PORTFOLIO) ของผู้วาด โดยจะทำการลดขนาดภาพและติดลายน้ำทุกครั้ง และอาจมีการลงตัวอย่างงานลงโซเชียลมีเดีย หากไม่สะดวกใจจะให้ใช้เป็นตัวอย่างงานหรือเปิดเผยงาน ขอให้แจ้งผู้วาดตั้งแต่แรก
สามารถใส่เครดิต TINIMEAR เมื่อมีการใช้งานหรือไม่จำเป็นต้องอ้างก็ได้เช่นกัน แต่ต้องไม่แอบอ้างผลงานว่าเป็นผู้รังสรรค์ขึ้นมาเอง
ภาพที่ไม่ถูกเลือกนำไปใช้งานจะตกเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของผู้วาด เพื่อนำไปรีดีไซน์ใช้ในงานชิ้นอื่นๆ ต่อไป (โดยจะไม่สื่อถึงงานของท่าน)
ขั้นตอนการสั่งงาน
1. สามารถติดต่อเพื่อจ้างงานคอมมิชชั่นได้ที่ Twitter I Facebook หรือ E-Mail ซึ่งท่านสามารถตรวจสอบคิวและลำดับงานคอมมิชชั่นได้ตรงส่วนของหน้าเว็บไซต์นี้
สามารถสอบถามหรือส่งบรีฟงานเพื่อให้นักวาดตีราคาก่อนได้
2. กรุณาจ่ายมัดจำก่อนเริ่มงานขั้นต่ำ 30% ของราคาเต็ม
การเริ่มงานจำเริ่มหลังจากชำระมัดจำขั้นต่ำ 30% แล้วเท่านั้น (ยกเว้นงานประเภทมังงะ ที่สามารถโอนได้หลังจากได้รับภาพร่างทั้งหมด)
หากไม่สะดวกชะระเงินแบบมัดจำ สามารถชำระเงินแบบเต็มจำนวนได้
กรณียกเลิกงานหลังการร่างภาพแล้วจะไม่มีการคืนเงินทุกกรณี ยกเว้นผู้วาดเป็นฝ่ายยกเลิกงาน
3. สามารถเพิ่มเติมหรือเปลี่ยนบรีฟได้จำนวน 3 ครั้งในช่วงของการร่างภาพเท่านั้น
หลังจากผ่านช่วงการร่างภาพแล้ว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงภายหลังจะต้องชำระเงินเพิ่มตามพิจารณาของผู้วาด
กรณีแก้ไขหรือเพิ่มเติมในจุดที่ผู้วาดบกพร่อง เช่น ลืมใส่รายละเอียดบางจุด สีไม่ตรง จะไม่มีการบวกราคาเพิ่ม
กรณีไม่มีภาพต้นแบบ หรือภาพตัวอย่าง เช่น เครื่องแต่งกาย เครื่องประดับ หรืออื่นๆ ซึ่งผู้วาดต้องออกแบบขึ้นมาใหม่เอง จะมีการคิดราคาเพิ่ม
4. โปรดชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลือหลังงานเสร็จสิ้น ภายในระยะเวลา 3 วัน หลังจากนั้นจะทำการส่งไฟล์งานที่เสร็จสิ้นแล้วผ่านทางอีเมล์
ช่องทางการชำระเงิน : ธนาคารกสิกร I พร้อมเพย์ I ทรูวอลเล็ต (+15฿)
ไฟล์ที่จะได้รับ ได้แก่ ไฟล์ขนาด 300 dpi ประเภท .JPG หรือ .PNG หากต้องการไฟล์ประเภทอื่น เช่น ไฟล์พื้นหลังเปล่า, เส้นเปล่า, แยกชิ้นส่วน เป็นต้น กรุณาระบุตั้งแต่ครั้งแรกในการจ้าง
AGREEMENT
Every piece of work has the opportunity to be used as a sample of the artist's portfolio by reducing the size of the image and attaching a watermark every time. And there may be work samples posted on social media. If not comfortable, use it as a working example or disclose work. Please notify the painter from the first.
TINIMEAR Credits can be credited when used or not required. but must not impersonate the work as being the creator
Images that are not selected for use will become the property of the artist. to be redesigned to use in other works (without referring to your work)
WORK ORDER PROCESS
1. You can contact to hire commissions on Twitter I Facebook or E-Mail where you can check the queue and order of commissions on the page of this website.

2. Please pay a deposit before starting work, at least 30% of the full price.
The commencement of the work only begins after the minimum deposit of 30% has been paid (except for manga works. which can be transferred after receiving all the sketches)
If it's not convenient to pay the deposit Able to pay in full
In case of canceling the work after drawing, there will be no refund in any case. Except the drawn person is the party to cancel the work.
3. Briefs can only be added or replaced up to 3 times during drafting.
After going through the sketching phase If there is a later change, there will be an additional payment at the discretion of the drawer.
In the case of making corrections or additions to the point where the painter is defective, such as forgetting to add some details and the color is not correct, no additional price will be added.
If there is no master image or sample images such as costumes Ornaments or other things the artist has to redesign himself. There will be an additional charge.
4. Please pay the remaining amount after the event is completed. Within 3 days, after that, the finished work file will be sent via email.

The files you will receive are 300 dpi files, type .JPG or .PNG. If you need other file types such as blank background files, blank lines, parts, etc., please specify the first time when hiring.
